What was the highlight of Jaz in the City Amsterdam
A must for anyone visiting ziggo dome
I liked how close it was to the ziggodome where I was visiting, As a solo traveller I didn't want to spend too much time travelling back after a show, so this being next door was ideal, I like the little seating areas in the room and the nice big bed!
I loved everything and would stay again if I had to pick one thing not to like maybe it was the staff on the reception at check out could have been friendlier, but the staff on check in was lovely

Great location, beautiful rooms, super friendly front desk... Bar needs some work
This is the perfect location for anyone attending a concert at Ziggo Dome! Rooms are beautiful, spacious, beds are comfy, it's clean, really well noise insulated as well, and breakfast is great!! Also the staff at the reception are super - despite the madness that happened around the Billie Concert these days, they kept a smile on their face!!
There is a bar on the ground floor, right next to the reception - not sure what is going on there, but the staff couldn't look more UNhappy. Whoever is managing this area, needs to find a way to motivate their crew more... Not ONE smile was coming off anyone's face. Please find a way of making your life there enjoyable and have some fun with your guests. The crowd of that concert in particular, was really nice!! Also...while the concert ended at 22:00ish...and kitchen is officially open until 22:30....they decided to close food down early. Yes, you could still order drinks. And yes, TOTALLY understand it is not possible to have the full menu available for that amount of people. But come one....get some fries prepared in advance, add some bitterballen...or something like that. A short-list of popular snack items. You'll make your guests happy AND some $$$ (instead everyone ventured to New York Pizza place...).
