Jaz in the City Amsterdam ★★★★★

Love the room the artwork and the set up was great. Great bar and restaurant. Amazing location. Staff are lovely and very helpful. Safe coffee machine and fridge in the room. Very comfortable and great sized bed. there were different lights/lamps in the room which made for great atmosphere in the room. Whole place smelled lovely. Portable tablet in the room to use was a great touch as well as the speaker to play our music from. Great value for money. Stayed with my husband who thought the view of the Johan Cruyff arena was very cool. Would Definitely recommend and stay here again. The only bad thing thing I can pick up on was the door and walls in the toilet part of the bathroom weren't very clean which was quite off putting

The concept of this hotel is close to my heart- music. Clean, cozy room, amazing bathroom, quiet and peaceful atmosphere, great staff. Close to the train station, a couple of minutes walk from AFAS center and Ajax Arena It was more than I expected ans I will come back everytime I'm in Amsterdam

Close to the train station (about a 5 minutes walk through the arena), the comfy beds were huge, decent size rooms, very clean and beautiful waterfall shower.

The pillows need to be firmer - I had 3 pillows because my head sank into them but apart from that and not being able to turn the lights on in the sauna room, it was a good find and would stay again.

Usual comfortable and trouble free stay at my 'home away from home'. Price was good this time.

It took me some time to locate it since I didn’t have a local SIM card. you will have to cross the main football arena entrance, go pass bitch burger and then it’s on right side after the overhead bridge.

Very creative interior, nice bar and very close to JC-Arena. Beds are very comfortable and give a god night sleep!

TV did not send all channels and it couldn’t be fixed on a short term

The sauna was not working in the morning before work. And we had to call reception to start it in the afternoon, it could have start button with a timer to save energy. The bedroom was a bit cold even with the heating in the maximum

Not a thing

The hitel is right above the ziggo dome and across the football stadion. Everything is happening right there. The subwy and train station is also a few minutes from the hotel so your vlose to everything!

I didn’t have a bathtub in the room but the beautiful spacy window seat made up for it

The staff are extremely helpful and very kind indeed. Since my trip was on the 15th and the Netherlands went into lockdown on the 14th, the hotel gave us an upgrade to a room on the balcony which was incredible! I love the hotel, even the regular room is brilliant! (I'm a returning customer). Would stay again! I love the hotel!

I really don't have anything to say, other than it was a shame that the Netherlands went into lockdown so we didn't get to experience the buffet breakfast which was the star of the show when I visited the first time in 2019.

Beautiful room , good bed

Took ages before the room was warm. Also taking a hot shower meant waiting for minutes

I would love to come back for the beautiful room, floor heating in bathroom, very lovely shower, super comfortable bed, 3 different types of Nespresso in the room and despite covid-19 a nice buffet breakfast. We also enjoyed a dinner in the hotel and although the choice is perhaps rather limited on the menu card, the taste and quality of the dishes are really great. I enjoyed it so much. Thank you very much for having us! :)

I didn’t like the pillow a lot. To give a 10 to Jaz hotel, I would suggest to offer a range of different pillows for which guests could opt for a different pillow in case the default ones are not preferred. I was offered this option in many other hotels before and I always appreciate it a lot so I think for Jaz hotel it could definitely add value to the overall hotel experience.

They dit their very best in these corona times. Very friendly. Good food. Spotless room.

Room temperature was a bit on the fresh side.

Every time I stay here, everything is perfect. Great price for the amazing quality

Only 1 thing I don’t really like; the pillows are too soft. So sometimes I’ll wake up with neck pain.
